Tejaswi Madivada began her acting career in 2013 with a supporting role in the Telugu family drama Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. She gained more recognition in 2014 with supporting roles in "Manam" and "Heart Attack." Madivada's breakthrough came with her first lead role in Ram Gopal Varma's horror film Ice Cream which became famous due to its controversial scenes. Despite mixed reviews, the film was a commercial success.

Madivada continued to appear in various films, playing secondary characters in projects like "Lovers," "Anukshanam," "Malli Malli Idhi Rani Roju," "Srimanthudu" and "Pandaga Chesko." In 2015, she participated in Omkar's "Raju Gari Gadi" and ventured into the Tamil film industry with "Natpathigaram 79."

Taking a brief hiatus, Madivada entered the Bigg Boss house in 2018 which was a turning point in her personal life. Planning to marry, she eventually called off the wedding, feeling pressured to change and fearing she would lose her identity.

In 2022, she made a return to television, captivating audiences with her performance in the dance reality show, BB Jodi, aired on Star Maa. Through ups and downs, Tejaswi Madivada has continued to charm audiences with her dedication to her craft and her perseverance through adversity.
