A former dance tutor, Tejaswi Madivada made her acting debut with a recurring role in the 2013 Telugu family drama Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. She gained widespread recognition with her breakthrough performance in the horror film Ice Cream (2014). She has since appeared in several notable films including Manam (2014), Heart Attack (2014), Srimanthudu (2015), Kerintha (2015), Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju (2015), Babu Baga Busy (2017), and Natpadhigaram 79 (Tamil, 2016).

She has also featured in web series and reality shows like Arthamainda Arun Kumar, The Mystery of Moksha Island, and in 2026 participated in The 50 on Colors TV/JioHotstar.
