She made her Bollywood film debut in 2019 with Student of the Year 2 opposite Tiger Shroff, winning the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut.

She followed it up with notable roles in Marjaavaan (2019), Tadap (2021), Heropanti 2 (2022), Ek Villain Returns (2022), and delivered a powerful performance in the survival thriller Apurva (2023) on Disney+ Hotstar.Tara is now stepping into exciting new territory. She will appear alongside Yash in the much-awaited pan-Indian film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, a Kannada-English bilingual project currently in post-production. The actress continues to balance commercial appeal with diverse roles, while also pursuing singing and production interests.
