Born on 8 August 2001 in Hyderabad, Supritha is the daughter of Telugu actress Surekha Vani. She began as a social media influencer known for dance videos, vlogs, and lifestyle content. Her acting journey started in 2019 with the short film Money Minded Girlfriend, followed by more shorts and music videos.

She made her feature film debut with the women-centric comedy Lechindi Mahila Lokam (2026) and is set for her lead role in the romantic entertainer Chowdary Gari Abbayi Tho Naidu Gari Ammayi opposite Amardeep Chowdary. She also appeared in the horror-thriller Amaravathiki Aahvanam (2026).
