Born on 8 August 2001 in Hyderabad, Supritha is the daughter of Telugu actress Surekha Vani. She first gained popularity as a social media influencer and YouTuber known for dance videos, vlogs, and lifestyle content.

She began acting with the 2019 short film Money Minded Girlfriend, followed by other shorts and music videos. In 2026 she made her feature film appearances in the women-centric comedy Lechindi Mahila Lokam and the horror-thriller Amaravathiki Aahvanam.

Her much-awaited lead debut comes in the romantic entertainer Chowdary Gari Abbayi Tho Naidu Gari Ammayi opposite Amardeep Chowdary. With her natural charm, dancing skills and growing fan base, Supritha is steadily rising in Telugu cinema.
