Born in 2001 in Hyderabad, Supritha is the daughter of noted Telugu actress Surekha Vani. She first gained popularity as a social media influencer through lifestyle, dance, and fashion content on Instagram. Her acting journey began with the 2019 short film Money Minded Girlfriend, followed by other short films and music videos.

She is making her feature film debut as the female lead in the romantic entertainer Chowdary Gari Abbayi Tho Naidu Gari Ammayi opposite Bigg Boss Telugu fame Amardeep Chowdary. She has also appeared in Lechindi Mahila Lokam (2026) and participated in the cooking show Project K (Chef Mantra). With her growing screen presence and strong social media following, Supritha is steadily establishing herself in Telugu cinema.
