Srishty Rode began her journey in television. She made her debut in 2007. She acted in the show Kuchh Is Tara under Balaji Telefilms. She said she earned Rs 1,000 for that role. She later gave auditions for advertisements. Her major break came with a Fair and Lovely ad by Hindustan Unilever.

In 2010, she appeared in the show Yeh Ishq Haaye. A year later, she joined Zee TV's Chotti Bahu. She continued working in soap operas. In 2018, she played the role of Fiza in Ishqbaaaz. The same year, she entered Bigg Boss 12. She joined the show as a celebrity contestant. She was evicted on Day 70.

After her Bigg Boss journey, she announced her debut film Gabru Gang. She shared this news just two days after her eviction.
