Born on 10 May 1993 in Nizamabad, Telangana, Sreemukhi is a popular Indian television presenter and actress who primarily works in Telugu films and TV. She studied dentistry before entering entertainment.

She made her film debut in a supporting role as Raji (Allu Arjun’s sister) in the hit Julayi (2012). Her first lead role came with Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013). She went on to appear in films like Nenu Sailaja (2016) as Swecha, Gentleman (2016), Babu Baga Busy (2017), Crazy Uncles (2021), Maestro (2021), and Bhola Shankar (2023). She also worked in Tamil (Ettuthikkum Madhayaanai) and Kannada (Chandrika).

A successful TV host and Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3 runner-up, she returned to films with a notable role as Anasuya in Maa Inti Bangaram (2026) alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Upcoming projects include Its Time To Party (2026).
