Sreemukhi began her career as a television host with shows like Adhurs and Super Singer. She made her film debut in a supporting role as Allu Arjun’s sister in the blockbuster Julai (2012), directed by Trivikram Srinivas. She stepped into the lead role with the romantic comedy Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013). Over the years, she has appeared in notable films like Nenu Sailaja, Chandrika, Gentleman, and Babu Baga Busy, earning love for her natural acting and charming screen presence. She also gained huge popularity as a contestant and first runner-up on Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3.

Currently, Sreemukhi is balancing her anchoring duties with exciting film projects. Her upcoming movies include Maa Inti Bangaram (2026) and It’s Time To Party (2026), keeping her fans eagerly waiting.
