Born on May 10, 1993, in Nizamabad, Telangana, Sreemukhi began as a popular television host on shows like Adhurs and Super Singer. She made her film debut in a supporting role as Allu Arjun’s sister in Julayi (2012) and took on her first lead in Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013).She appeared in films such as Nenu Sailaja (2016), the bilingual Chandrika (2015), Gentleman, Maestro (2021), Crazy Uncles (2021), and Bhola Shankar (2023). A first runner-up on Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3 (2019), she remains one of Telugu TV’s top anchors.

Upcoming and Recent projects include Maa Inti Bangaaram (2026) alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu and It’s Time To Party (2026). Balancing hosting and selective film roles, Sreemukhi continues to entertain audiences across television and cinema.
