Born on 10 May 1993 in Nizamabad, Telangana, Sreemukhi first gained fame as a popular Telugu television anchor with shows like Adhurs and Super Singer. She made her film debut in 2012 with a supporting role as Allu Arjun’s sister in the blockbuster Julayi (directed by Trivikram Srinivas). Her lead debut came in 2013 with the romantic comedy Prema Ishq Kaadhal.
She has appeared in notable films including Chandrika (2015), Gentleman (2016), Babu Baga Busy (2017), Dhamaka (2022), and Skanda (2023). Known for her lively screen presence, she has balanced anchoring and acting successfully.
Sreemukhi’s upcoming projects include Maa Inti Bangaram and It’s Time To Party, both slated for 2026.
