Sreemukhi (born 10 May 1993 in Nizamabad, Telangana) is a popular Telugu television anchor and actress. She began her career as a TV host before stepping into films. She made her acting debut with a supporting role as Allu Arjun’s sister Raji in the blockbuster Julai (2012), directed by Trivikram Srinivas. She took her first lead role in the romantic comedy Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013).

Her notable films include Nenu Sailaja (2016), Chandrika (2015), Babu Baga Busy, Bholaa Shankar (2023) alongside Chiranjeevi, and Good Bad Ugly (2025). She has also appeared in Tamil and Kannada projects.

In 2026, Sreemukhi has two exciting releases lined up: Maa Inti Bangaram (15 May 2026, directed by Nandini Reddy) and It’s Time To Party (18 December 2026, directed by Goutham EVS), balancing her strong presence in Telugu cinema with her television work.
