Born on May 10, 1993, in Nizamabad, Telangana, Sreemukhi is a popular Telugu television anchor and actress. She began her career as a TV host with shows like Adhurs and gained massive popularity as one of the highest-paid anchors in Telugu television.

She made her film debut with a supporting role as Allu Arjun’s sister in the blockbuster Julayi (2012), directed by Trivikram Srinivas. Her lead actress debut came with the romantic drama Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013). She has appeared in films such as Nenu Sailaja, Chandrika, Dhanalakshmi Talupu Tadithey, Babu Baga Busy, B.Tech Babulu, and more recently in Good Bad Ugly (2025).

Sreemukhi continues to balance anchoring and acting. Her upcoming projects include Maa Inti Bangaram (directed by Nandini Reddy, releasing May 15, 2026) and It’s Time To Party (December 2026).
