Sreemukhi is a popular Telugu actress and television presenter. She began her career as a TV host before making her film debut with a supporting role as Allu Arjun’s sister in the blockbuster Julayi (2012), directed by Trivikram Srinivas. She made her lead debut in Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013).

Her notable films include Life Is Beautiful (2012), Chandrika (2015, bilingual), Gentleman (2016), Babu Baga Busy (2017), Bhola Shankar (2023) alongside Chiranjeevi, and Good Bad Ugly (2025).
