Born on May 10, 1993, Sreemukhi began her career as a popular Telugu television host. She made her film debut in 2012 with a supporting role as Allu Arjun’s sister in the blockbuster Julayi. She stepped into the lead role with the romantic comedy Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013).

She has appeared in several notable films including Nenu Sailaja, Chandrika, Babu Baga Busy, B.Tech Babulu, Maestro, and Bhola Shankar. Known for her versatility across Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada cinema, Sreemukhi also gained fame as a contestant and first runner-up on Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3.
