A popular Telugu television anchor and actress, Sreemukhi began her career as a TV host with shows like Adhurs and Pataas. She made her film debut in a supporting role in the 2012 blockbuster Julayi opposite Allu Arjun. Her first lead role came with the 2013 romantic film Prema Ishq Kaadhal. She has since appeared in several Telugu films including Life is Beautiful, Chandrika, Savitri, Gentleman, Babu Baga Busy, B.Tech Babulu, Nenu Sailaja, and Crazy Uncles. She also made appearances in Tamil and Kannada cinema.

Sreemukhi continues to balance anchoring and acting. Her recent and upcoming projects include Good Bad Ugly and films like Maa Inti Bangaram (May 2026) and Its Time To Party (December 2026).
