Born on 10 May 1993 in Nizamabad, Telangana, Sreemukhi began her career as a television host with the talent show Adhurs in 2012. She quickly became one of Telugu TV’s most popular anchors, hosting hits like Super Singer, Pataas, and the SIIMA Awards.

She made her film debut in a supporting role as Allu Arjun’s sister in Julayi (2012) and took her first lead in Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013). Notable films include Nenu Sailaja (2016), Gentleman (2016), the bilingual Chandrika (2015), Crazy Uncles (2021), and Bhola Shankar (2023).

In 2019 she finished as the first runner-up of Bigg Boss Telugu 3. In 2026 she is hosting Bigg Boss Telugu 10 on Star Maa and JioHotstar Telugu while appearing in films such as Maa Inti Bangaram (with Samantha Ruth Prabhu) and It’s Time To Party. A versatile entertainer, she continues to shine across television and cinema.
