For her early education, Sneha attended Oakridge International School in Hyderabad. Later, she traveled to the USA for further studies. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, and then completed a Master's degree in Computer Science in the USA.

Upon returning to Hyderabad, Sneha became part of her father’s business. She served as the Director of the Academic and Placement Cell at the Scient Institute of Technology. Additionally, she was the Chief Editor of the college's magazine "SPECTRUM."

Sneha Reddy is married to the superstar Allu Arjun in 2011. They first met at a mutual friend's wedding, where Allu Arjun was immediately captivated by Sneha. He proposed to her, she accepted, and they got married in a grand ceremony on March 6, 2011. The couple has two children, a son named Allu Ayaan and a daughter named Arha Allu. However what's makes her stand apart is her fashion sense.
