Born on July 16, 1997, in Mumbai to a Punjabi Sikh family, Simrat graduated in Computer Science before pursuing acting. She made her movie debut in the Telugu romantic drama Prematho Mee Karthik (2017). She gained prominence with roles in Dirty Hari (2020) and her Bollywood breakthrough as Muskaan in the blockbuster Gadar 2 (2023), opposite Sunny Deol and Utkarsh Sharma.

Recent credits include Vanvaas (2024) and The Delhi Files: The Bengal Chapter (2025). Her ongoing project is the family drama Journey, directed by Anil Sharma, co-starring Nana Patekar and Utkarsh Sharma – a poignant father-son story set for release in 2026.Simrat's positivity and grace continue to inspire!
