On the professional front, Simrat Kaur's acting career began in 2017 with the Telugu film Prematho Mee Karthik where she played the role of Anjali. After that, she appeared in Telugu films such as Parichayam, Dirty Hari, and Bangarraju.
Apart from films, Simrat also gained popularity through Punjabi music videos. Songs like Burj Khalifa and Lara Lappa with Himmat Sandhu, Lofer with GG Singh, and Tere Bin Zindagi with Mika Singh made her familiar among young audiences.
Simrat became a known face across India after the release of Gadar 2 in 2023. She played Muskaan, the wife of Utkarsh Sharma and daughter-in-law of Sunny Deol. The film’s massive success brought her strong recognition in Bollywood and made her a regular topic of discussion in entertainment news.
Recently, Simrat received praise for her performance as Bharati Banerjee in Vivek Agnihotri’s film The Bengal Files. The movie is based on the Great Calcutta Killings of 1946 and the Noakhali violence.
