Born on 19 November 1995 in Dehradun, Sidhika completed her education at Delhi University and began as a model before entering films. She made early appearances in Telugu cinema with All the Best and Galli Kurrollu (both 2012), then gained wider recognition for her supporting role as Sweety in the action drama Paisa (2014) opposite Nani.

She later expanded into Punjabi films with Fuffad Ji (2021) as Matto and Oye Makhna (2022) as Guddi, while also appearing in Prema Parichayam (2019) and Ninne Pelladatha (2023). In 2024 she took on a role in the Tamil film Operation Laila. Ongoing projects include the Hindi film Vellapanti (2025) along with several music videos.
