Her breakthrough came with the critically acclaimed Tamil film Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu (2022) opposite Silambarasan TR.

She made her Hindi debut with The Kerala Story (2023) and has appeared in films like Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam (2023) and The Great Gujarati Matrimony (2024). Siddhi is known for her expressive performances across South Indian and Hindi cinema.
