Coming from a family of actors, with parents Sachin and Supriya Pilgaonkar, she made her acting debut in the Marathi film "Ekulti Ek" in 2013, winning the Best Debut Actress award at the Maharashtra State Film Awards.

Following her debut in Hindi cinema with "Fan" in 2016, Pilgaonkar gained recognition through successful web series like "Mirzapur" (2018), "Guilty Minds," "The Broken News" (both 2022), and "Taaza Khabar" (2023). Her performance in "Guilty Minds" earned her a nomination for Best Actress in a Drama Series at the Filmfare OTT Awards.
