Shriya Pilgaonkar, born on 25 April 1989 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is the daughter of renowned actors Sachin Pilgaonkar and Supriya Pilgaonkar. She is a multi-talented artist an actress, director, producer, and writer. A graduate of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, Shriya first made her mark in the film industry with the Marathi movie Ekulti Ek (2013). The film earned her the Maharashtra State Film Award for Best Debut proving her talent early on.

Her Bollywood debut came with Shah Rukh Khan's Fan (2016). However, Shriya truly rose to fame through web series such as Mirzapur (2018), where she played the popular character Sweety. Her performances in Guilty Minds and The Broken News (both in 2022) further established her acting credentials. Notably, she was nominated for the Best Actress Award at the 2022 Filmfare OTT Awards for Guilty Minds. In 2023, she featured in the hit web series Taaza Khabar, winning hearts once again.
