Born on 22 April 2000 in Hyderabad, Shivathmika is the younger daughter of actors Rajasekhar and Jeevitha. She made her acting debut in the Telugu romantic drama Dorasaani (2019) opposite Anand Deverakonda. Her performance as Devaki Reddy earned her the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut – Telugu, along with other accolades.

She entered Tamil cinema with Anandham Vilayadum Veedu (2021) opposite Gautham Karthik and later appeared in the ensemble Nitham Oru Vaanam (2022). In Telugu, she featured in Panchathantram (2022) and Ranga Maarthaanda (2023). She has also taken on production roles, co-producing films like Shekar.

Recent releases include the Tamil films Bomb (2025) opposite Arjun Das and Aaromaley (2025). Upcoming projects feature VISA – Vintara Saradaga (2026 Telugu), City of Gold (2026 Tamil), ENE Repeat, and an untitled film with Prabhu.
