Born on August 25, 1998, in Hyderabad, Shivani comes from a musically inclined family and is a trained singer. She made her feature film debut in the 2024 rural romantic drama Ambajipeta Marriage Band opposite Suhas, earning praise for her natural performance.

She followed it with the successful romantic entertainer Little Hearts (2025), playing Katyayani. Currently, she reunites with Suhas in the comedy Hey Balwanth (2026) and is making her Tamil debut in Picasso (2026), expanding her presence across South Indian cinema.
