Meanwhile recently Actress Shivangi Verma has sent a bold and inspiring message ahead of World No Tobacco Day (May 31). Posting a stunning picture of herself in a chic black dress with minimal makeup and soft curls.

In her caption, she wrote, Theres nothing cool about harming your body, addressing the growing trend of smoking and tobacco use among youth.

Shivangi expressed concern that smoking is often mistaken for style or confidence, especially by the younger generation. She said, Its like a badge people wear to fit in, but true confidence comes from self-love and being healthy.

She also talked about how smoking has become common in public and on-screen, and why we must be mindful of the influence this has. As actors, we should be responsible about what we show, she said, adding that she avoids smoking scenes unless absolutely necessary for the story.

Shivangi stressed that health warnings and anti-smoking ads are useful, but real change comes from open conversations and personal choices. She also pointed out that hookah, seen as fun or trendy, can be just as harmful as cigarettes.

Wrapping up her message, she said, Lets celebrate health, not habits that destroy us.
