Her work included films like "Kick" (2014) and "Housefull 3" (2016). In 2019, she made her acting debut in the romantic thriller "Yeh Saali Aashiqui," co-starring Vardhan Puri, the grandson of the legendary Amrish Puri. This movie was directed by Cherag Ruparel and produced by Pen India Limited along with Amrish Puri Films. Following her debut, Shivaleeka featured in the action-packed film "Khuda Hafiz," released on August 14, 2020, alongside Vidyut Jammwal and directed by Faruk Kabir.
