Born on 27 January 1994 in Punjab, India, Shehnaaz Gill hails from a Sikh family and has always had a passion for acting and singing. Growing up, she dreamed of becoming an actor, and her journey into the entertainment industry began early.

She attended Dalhousie Hilltop School for her schooling and later graduated from Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, with a degree in commerce.
