Shanvi Srivastava began her film career on a promising note with the Telugu film Lovely, where she impressed audiences with her natural acting. Directed by B.A. Jaya and starring Aadi Sai Kumar, the film was well-received. Shanvi�s performance was appreciated, and she quickly got more roles, including films like Adda with Sushanth, Rowdy with Manchu Vishnu, and Pyaar Mein Padipoyane again with Aadi. However many of these films didn�t perform as expected and her opportunities in Telugu cinema gradually declined.

With fewer chances coming her way in Tollywood, Shanvi turned to the Kannada industry, where she managed to find some work and earned a fair response from the audience. Still, she expressed her disappointment during a media event, where she became emotional and said, �I am not getting offers in Telugu. I don�t understand why this is happening.�
