Shama Sikander’s Effortless Fashion Glam

Shama Sikander is an Indian actress, producer, and fashion designer known for her work in films, television, and digital content. Born on 4 August 1981 in Makrana, Rajasthan, she trained at the Roshan Taneja School of Acting in Mumbai.

She made her film debut at just 16 in the 1998 Bollywood movie Prem Aggan, directed by Feroz Khan. She followed it with a cameo in Mann (1999) alongside Aamir Khan and a supporting role in Ansh: The Deadly Part (2002). Other film appearances include Dhoom Dadakka (2008), Contract (2008), and Bypass Road (2019).

Her major breakthrough came on television with the popular Sony TV series Yeh Meri Life Hai (2003–2005), where she played the lead role of Pooja Mehta. The show earned her awards, including Best Debut and GR8! Face of the Year at the Indian Television Academy Awards. She later appeared in shows like Seven and Baal Veer.

In the digital space, she starred in the short film Sexaholic (2016) and the web series Maaya: Slave of Her Desires (2017). She also launched her production house, Shama Sikander Films, and created the short-film series Ab Dil Ki Sunn.

As of 2026, Shama remains selective with projects, focusing on production, fashion (her label Saisha), and occasional appearances. Married to American businessman James Milliron since 2022, she continues to engage with fans through social media and lifestyle work.
