In an recent interview, Shama Sikander opened up about an uncomfortable experience during an ad shoot. She described a moment when an actor, without prior agreement, changed the scene and hugged her in a way that made her uneasy. The hug wasn�t part of the original script. She explained that the actor added a twist where he pretended to place jewelry on her and then twirl and hug her, which left her feeling awkward and disrespected. Shama mentioned that although she has worked with many male co-stars who have always made her feel safe, this incident was very different. She called it one of the most shocking experiences in her career.

Shama also shared a story about being unexpectedly removed from a big film project. She had already reached the set and was ready with her makeup when she was suddenly told her role had been given to someone else. The news left her heartbroken. She said such last-minute replacements happen often in the industry and that she cried through the night after this one.
