In a recent podcast, Shama spoke about her life and struggles. She said, “I had bipolar disorder. I used to get very angry. These were problems I had hidden for years.”

She talked about how depression affected her. “Depression became a world I created. It made me feel nothing,” she said.

She also shared her painful experiences in the film industry. “I didn’t like the industry. People were selfish,” she said.

Shama remembered a turning point in her life. “I tried to take my life. I ended up in a hospital. My hands were tied. I thought I had reached heaven.”

That moment changed her life. “I decided to get therapy. I learned I had bipolar disorder. I didn’t even know what a psychiatrist was,” she said.
