Pandey began her acting journey in a theatre in Jabalpur. Her big break came with her debut in the Telugu film "Arjun Reddy" in 2017, where she starred alongside Vijay Deverakonda. Despite not being fluent in Telugu, she did her own dubbing. The film was a hit, and she earned a nomination for Best Female Debut at the SIIMA Awards for her role as Preethi.

Following her success, Pandey appeared in a cameo role in the Hindi film "Meri Nimmo" in 2018, and later in the Telugu hit "Mahanati." In 2019, she had a busy year with five releases, including "NTR: Kathanayakudu," "118," and her Tamil debut in "100% Kadhal."

Pandey continued her journey in 2020 with her Hindi film debut in "Bamfaad" and the Telugu-Tamil bilingual "Nishabdham." In 2022, she portrayed a Gujarati mother in "Jayeshbhai Jordaar" opposite Ranveer Singh.
