Born on 3 April 1993 in Mumbai, Seerat began as an assistant choreographer on the 2011 film Rockstar. She made her acting debut in 2014 with the Hindi film Zid (as Nancy) and the Telugu hit Run Raja Run (as Priya opposite Sharwanand), which established her in Tollywood.

Her career includes notable Telugu films such as Tiger (2015), Columbus (2015), Raju Gari Gadhi 2 (2017), Okka Kshanam (2017), Touch Chesi Chudu (2018), Krishna and His Leela (2020), and Maa Vintha Gaadha Vinuma (2020). She expanded into Hindi cinema with Maarrich (2022) and appeared in recent releases like Manamey, Usha Parinayam, and Bhamakalapam 2 (2024).

Ongoing and upcoming projects include the psychological thriller Jatasya Maranam Dhruvam (also referred to as Jhatasya Maranam Dhruvam), It’s Complicated (2025 theatrical version of earlier work), and television roles such as in Gharwali Pedwali. A trained dancer and classical singer, Seerat continues to balance film, OTT, and TV with her signature charm.
