Seerat Kapoor is an Indian actress, model, dancer, and choreographer who predominantly works in Telugu cinema, with appearances in Hindi films as well. Born on 3 April 1994 in Mumbai, she began her career as an assistant choreographer, including work on the film Rockstar.

She made her acting debut in 2014 with the successful Telugu romantic comedy Run Raja Run, playing Priya opposite Sharwanand. The same year, she appeared in the Hindi thriller Zid.

Her filmography includes Tiger and Columbus (both 2015), Raju Gari Gadhi 2 and Okka Kshanam (2017), Touch Chesi Chudu (2018), Krishna and His Leela and Maa Vintha Gadha Vinuma (2020), and the Hindi film Maarrich (2022). Recent releases feature Bhamakalapam 2, Manamey, and Usha Parinayam (all 2024).

She has also appeared in television shows such as Imlie. Ongoing projects include the psychological thriller Jatasya Maranam Dhruvam and the romantic comedy It’s Complicated (2025). Seerat continues to balance films across languages while drawing on her dance background.
