Sargun Mehta's journey in the entertainment industry began with theatre productions during her college days, and she made her screen debut in 2009 with Zee TV's 12/24 Karol Bagh. The Colors TV drama series Phulwa marked a turning point in her career, earning her critical acclaim. She also showcased her versatility by hosting the dance reality show Boogie Woogie Kids Championship.
