Born on 20 December 1984 in Kuwait to a Gujarati family, Sanjeeda began as a dancer and model. She made her film debut with a cameo in Baghban (2003) alongside Amitabh Bachchan. Her television breakthrough came as Nimmo in Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa (2006), followed by notable roles in Kayamath and the dual role in Ek Hasina Thi (2014), which earned her an ITA Award.

She expanded into films with Pankh (2010), Punjabi Ashke (2018), and Hindi projects like Taish (2020) and Kaali Khuhi (2020). In 2024, she impressed as Saachi Gill in Fighter and as Waheeda in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi, earning a Filmfare OTT nomination.

Ongoing projects include Dhamaal 4 (2026) opposite Ajay Devgn, the Netflix drama Ikka, Jeevan Bheema Yojana, and a special appearance in Yash’s Toxic. From television success to diverse film and OTT roles, Sanjeeda continues to evolve with strong performances and striking presence.
