Sandeepa Dhar Shines in Sequined Light-Blue Gown with Bold Glamorous Appeal

Sandeepa Dhar, the graceful Indian actress born on February 2, 1989, in Srinagar, Kashmir, sparkled in a dazzling sequined light-blue gown with a plunging neckline, cut-out detail, and high slit.
