Sandeepa made her acting debut in 2010 with the Hindi film Isi Life Mein, earning nominations for the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut, Star Screen Award, and Stardust Award. She gained further recognition with a special role in Heropanti (2014) and appearances in films like Dabangg 2, Global Baba, and Kaagaz (special appearance).

She has successfully expanded into web series with notable performances in Abhay, Mai, Mum Bhai, and Pyaar Ka Professor (2025). Currently, she is gearing up for exciting projects including the theatrical release Do Deewane Seher Mein (2026, Sanjay Leela Bhansali production, directed by Ravi Udyawar) and the Netflix series Chumbak, along with other OTT ventures.
