Actress and influencer Sakshi Malik recently shared a inspirational post on Instagram doing yoga in an ideal wear. She opened up about her personal yoga journey. In her own words, "I started yoga during Covidat first, it was just for fun. I loved the little wins holding a pose feeling strong proving something to myself."

Sakshi explained how her connection with yoga deepened over time. "It stopped being just a workout. It became a way to come home to myself. A way to feel grounded. A quiet kind of self-love."

She also talked on her earlier milestones, saying, "I still remember my firstsmy first headstand, kapotasana, even a full split." But things changed when she got injured. "Not because yoga failed me but because I stopped listening to my body and started chasing 'perfection'."

The injury led to important realizations. "The hardest part? Realizing I got hurt doing something I love because I pushed too hard instead of being kind to myself."

Sakshi shared how she spent the past two weeks reflecting. "Its been a mix of guilt, frustration, and quiet reflection I kept telling myself to choose gratitude but it wasnt always easy."

Now, she is embracing a softer path. "Im learning to soften. To slow down. To trust that healing isnt weakness, its wisdom."

She ended with a gentle message: "Maybe Ill try splits again. Maybe I wont. But I know this for sure, yoga was never about the pose And Im slowly, gently, finding my way back."
