Sakshi Malik is known for her performance in the Bollywood song Bom Diggy Diggy. She is also a social media star. She uploads pictures on Instagram regularly. Sakshi was born on 21 January 1996 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. She completed her schooling in Kanpur. After that, she moved to Delhi for higher studies.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Delhi. During her studies, she participated in many fashion shows. She was already connected to the fashion industry. After finishing her degree, she planned to do an MBA. However, she changed her mind and chose modeling instead.

She then moved to Mumbai. She started working in television commercials. She modeled for big brands like Freshlook, Nykaa, and PC Jewellers. Later, she was seen in a Punjabi music video Kudiye Snapchat Waliye. This gave her more recognition in the industry.

In 2018, she entered the Bollywood industry. She made her debut with the movie Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. She also appeared in the song Bom Diggy Diggy from the same film.
