Born on December 24, 2001, in Mumbai, Saiee is the daughter of veteran actor-director Mahesh Manjrekar and Medha Manjrekar. She made her acting debut as a child artist in the Marathi film Kaksparsh (2012) and stepped into a lead role with the blockbuster Dabangg 3 (2019) opposite Salman Khan, playing Khushi. Her performance earned her nominations for Best Female Debut at Filmfare and Zee Cine Awards.

Saiee expanded her horizons into Telugu cinema with notable roles in Ghani (2022) as Maya, the patriotic Major (2022) as Isha Agarwal, and Skanda (2023). In Hindi films, she appeared in Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay (2024) and Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha (2024).
