Born in London and raised in India, Rukshar began her acting journey with her Kannada debut in Katte (2015). She made her Telugu entry with Aakatayi (2017) and went on to appear in notable films like Krishnarjuna Yudham (2018), ABCD: American Born Confused Desi (2019), and the Hindi-Punjabi musical Bhangra Paa Le (2020). She has also featured in Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam (2022), Tufang (2023), Spark: L.I.F.E. (2023), and Naa Saami Ranga (2024).

Her latest release, Dilruba (2025), opposite Kiran Abbavaram, added another romantic drama to her filmography. Currently, Rukshar is actively exploring new projects in Telugu and other languages, balancing commercial roles with her signature charm and screen presence.

With her infectious energy and growing versatility, Rukshar Dhillon continues to be a refreshing presence in South Indian cinema.
