Born on September 18, 1994, in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, Ruhani Sharma began as a model before entering films. She made her acting debut in the Tamil film Kadaisi Bench Karthi (2017) and earned praise for her lead role as Anjali in the Telugu romantic comedy Chi La Sow (2018), which marked her breakthrough.
She expanded across languages with the Malayalam thriller Kamala (2019), Telugu films HIT: The First Case and Dirty Hari (2020), Nootokka Jillala Andagadu (2021), and Her – Chapter 1 (2023). Her Hindi debut came with Agra (2023). In 2024 she featured in Saindhav, the bilingual Operation Valentine, Sriranga Neethulu, and Blackout.
Recent work includes the Tamil film Mask (2025). Upcoming projects are the Telugu thriller Alcohol (2026) and Aakasamlo Oka Tara. Versatile and steadily rising, Ruhani continues to take on diverse roles across South Indian and Hindi cinema.
