Born on September 20, 2001, in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, Roshni began her journey as a child artist in commercials before making her acting debut in 2012 with the TV serial Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki (as Jiyana) and the film My Friend Ganesha 4. She rose to fame portraying young Ajabde Punwar in the historical epic Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap (2014–2015), earning the Lions Gold Award for Favourite Child Artist (Female). Other notable works include Yeh Vaada Raha (2015), the lead role of Tara Mane in Tara From Satara (2019–2020), and appearances in shows like Balika Vadhu and Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev.
