Ritu Varma Saree Look Is Pure Classic

Ritu Varma shared a graceful moment on Instagram dressed in a radiant golden saree for the #TelanganaGaddarFilmAwards. Her caption read:

In the web series Devika & Danny streaming on Jio Hotstar, Ritu plays Devika Nandan, a young music teacher from a quiet village who has rarely stepped beyond a 25-kilometre radius. She’s respectful of the life her father has imagined for her but quietly hopes that a few adjustments might make it livable. The story, written by Deepak Raj and directed by B Kishore, is about finding courage and identity. As Devika navigates her emotions, the narrative unfolds with honesty, mixing romance with hints of horror, all while staying rooted in values that make it apt for family audiences.

This series marks Ritu Varma’s digital debut, almost nine years after her breakout in Pelli Choopulu. Just like her earlier role, she portrays a character who wants her father to understand her dreams this time without the luxury of an urban upbringing. Her portrayal of Devika got applause. She brings life to the character with warmth and ease, making Devika’s transformation feel both natural and relatable.
