Born on December 16, 1994, in Thane, Maharashtra, Ritika transitioned from sports to acting with remarkable ease. She made her acting debut in 2016 with the critically acclaimed bilingual sports drama Irudhi Suttru (Tamil) / Saala Khadoos (Hindi), playing the role of aspiring boxer Ezhil Madhi opposite R.
