Born on December 16, 1994, in Mumbai, Ritika Singh is a former professional mixed martial artist and kickboxer who transitioned into acting. She made her film debut with a powerful lead role as Madhi/Ezhil Madhi in the 2016 Tamil sports drama Irudhi Suttru (Hindi: Saala Khadoos), opposite R. Madhavan. Her authentic portrayal of a boxer earned her the National Film Award – Special Mention, making her the first actress to win without dubbing her own voice.

She has since worked across Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi cinema with films like Aandavan Kattalai, Shivalinga, Guru (Telugu remake), Oh My Kadavule, Kolai, and King of Kotha (special appearance). She also appeared in the Rajinikanth-starrer Vettaiyan (2024).
