Rasika Dugal has made her mark in both movies and television. She began her career with a minor role in the film "Anwar" in 2007 and soon featured in numerous critically acclaimed films. Some of her notable works include "No Smoking" (2007), "Aurangzeb" (2013), "Qissa" (2015), "Train Station" (2015), "Tu Hai Mera Sunday" (2017), and "Hamid" (2018).

In 2018, Rasika showcased her talent in the biographical movie "Manto," portraying Safia, the wife of writer Saadat Hassan Manto. Her performance earned her a nomination for the Screen Award in the Best Supporting Actress category. She continued to impress audiences with roles in "Lootcase" and "Darbaan."

Rasika had a significant breakthrough in 2018 with her role in the popular Amazon Prime Video series "Mirzapur," which led to a nomination for the Best Actress in a web series at the Indian Television Academy Awards.

In addition to films, Rasika has a strong presence in television. She has appeared in shows like "Powder" (2010), "Kismat" (2010), "Upanishad Ganga" (2012), and "P.O.W.- Bandi Yuddh Ke" (2016).

On Instagram, Rasika recently posted a picture in a beautiful sari by Injiri. The outfit, combining Chikankari from Lucknow and Bandhani from Gujarat, showcases intricate hand embroidery and tie-dye techniques. Her caption appreciated the craftsmanship behind the design, highlighting the skill and precision required to create such detailed work.
